Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been communicated to our vendors/merchants and the shipping process has started.
Orders for perishable items (such as flowers, food products, etc.) cannot be cancelled. However, if the customer can prove that the delivered product is of poor quality, a refund or replacement will be considered.
Refunds & Replacements
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery.
Your request will be taken up once the merchant inspects and confirms the damage or defect.
If the delivered product is not as described on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must inform our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receipt. After reviewing your complaint, we will take appropriate action.
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the respective brand’s support for assistance.
